下管槽式取样器
性能和机械特性
下管槽式取样器由开槽容器进行取样操作,由气动线性驱动器通过恒定速度的操纵杆引导该容器穿过整个物料流的截面。操纵杆衬套和驱动装置外壳的多重密封确保驱动装置不会直接暴露于物料,因此驱动装置可不受磨损。可通过驱动器上的可调阀门来调整取样勺的速度以适应实际需求。
通过取样器之后,取样勺通过样品卸料槽在物料流中转动,从而清空取样勺。机器通过可调节挡块机械启动旋转运动,因此不需要任何进一步的驱动。
只有在再次以相反方向穿过物料流之后,才能将取样勺定位在物料流外部的填充位置。在这个等待位置,取样器不会暴露在产品流中,因此其不会受到任何磨损。
