活塞取样器
性能和机械特性
活塞取样器用于从物料流中提取样品。为确保足够的代表性，待取样的物料流在各种粒度方面必须具有同质性。通过在物料流中伸出的样品收集管进行取样。样品收集管设有开口，物料可单向落入该开口中。取样时，样品收集管从等待位置向物料流动方向按压气动活塞。在物料流上方排放样品收集管，然后样品收集管可在返回时带走刚刚掉落的样品物料。可在主管道外的管座处接收样品物料。
